The Prospect Research Analyst is responsible for the qualification of donor prospects to enhance the cultivation process and enable the development of strategic philanthropic relationships. The Prospect Research Analyst plays a critical role in the identification and initial qualification of new donor prospects to maximize organizational revenue targets and growth plans. The Role contributes to the data enrichment of donor records in the CRM database through the selective addition of pertinent information.

CFCC is looking for a meticulous and organized Donor Relations administrator who will be responsible for managing administrative duties of all aspects of donor relations and administration. Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Manager, Philanthropic Operations and Stewardship (SMPOS), the Donor Relations Administrator will provide donors with the highest level of customer service and administrative support in their philanthropy efforts.

Gaining a deeper understanding of our donors is essential. As our Prospect Research Officer, you will oversee our prospect research, building and supporting our relationships with prospective donors.

Working alongside and reporting to the Manager, Prospect Development, the Prospect Development Analyst contributes to the meaningful engagement of donors and prospects by providing research materials and strategy recommendations to the Philanthropy Team. This role is specifically responsible for collecting and presenting research data to support the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual, corporate, and foundation donors.

The Database and Fundraising Systems Administrator at Partners In Health Canada will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and optimization of our fundraising systems through our Salesforce CRM. As our internal Salesforce expert and champion, you will interact with all development and programs staff, ensuring PIH Canada’s CRM processes are fit for purpose. Alongside a natural affinity for data systems and processes, you demonstrate a strong understanding of grant management cycles and fundraising processes across annual giving, major gift and government and institutional funding streams. With responsibilities including data entry, data integrity, dashboards and reporting, prospect research, and portfolio development, this position requires strong technical and analytical skills, a commitment to process improvement, and passion for getting the data details right.
